In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
By accessing the 78ph platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 78ph with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
The 78ph platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
78ph is operated for players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 78ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

To access real-money Services on 78ph, you must register a single Account using accurate and complete personal information. You may only hold one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 78ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 78ph will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
78ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID and any additional documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
78ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱100. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

The functional currency of 78ph Accounts is the Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. 78ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
78ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spin credits, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and are forfeited if you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
78ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players.
All games on 78ph are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In cases of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to that game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment verified by independent testing laboratories. 78ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 78ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed. Any winnings arising from a technical error are not payable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 78ph and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:
All content on 78ph.club – including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, brand assets, logos, text, and design – is the intellectual property of 78ph or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 78ph. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including gambling losses. The total liability of 78ph to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
78ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for service downtime, including during scheduled maintenance or as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
